The Importantance of Sleep 47/365

So, yeah I’ve been exhausted for weeks now. Today was no different. I knew it’d be the case as I was out late last night. 

The alarm going off at 6:30 this morning didn’t help any either. 

It’s an early to bed type of night and I’m definitely looking forward to this weekend where I will be pulling the blackout shades muting all electronics and sleeping well into the day. 

In order to properly function good quality sleep is needed and I’ve seriously been lacking in that department. Here’s hoping I can start to catch up this weekend and get back on track. 

Man I have a lot to get back on track this month I’ve been completely off the rails. Time to get my sh*t together. No more excuses.
