Lots Of Good Things Today 66/365

First can I point out that we are already down to less than 300 days left in 2017. What!!! How is this possible I feel like New Years Eve was last week. 

Anyway moving on. Today has been a busy day. I went to work this morning which meant I got up early so that I could get my workout in. I am happy to report not only did I get up and workout but I really enjoyed. 30 minutes of dancing. Lots of fun and burned some calories and was active. The best part about getting my workout in so early by 9 o’clock I had reached both my move and exercise goal. Sweet. 

I had a great day of eating well. My breakfast was a chocolate mint shake with matcha and flax seeds. Lunch was kind of a scavenger meal so to speak. The little bit of leftover shrimp scampi, with a Justin’s Almond Butter packet and a Mama Chia Mango Coconut pouch. And, as for dinner tonight I have stuff I pulled from the freezer to eat but I decided against that and went for some organic hot dogs, pickles, plantain chips and cashew cheese. Yeah stand by I’m going to tell you all about this nut cheese. 

After work tonight I ran to the grocery store to pick up some deli meat to make roll ups for tomorrow’s lunch as I’ll be out all day tomorrow. While there I found Treeline Cheese. It’s a soft spread cashew cheese. They had 3 flavors available, I went for the garlic herb variety to give a try. All I have to say is it’s amazing. It’s a bit pricey but it tastes amazing. I’ll be spreading some of that on my chicken and adding a leaf of lettuce rolling it all up for lunch tomorrow.

I can tell you this I’ll be trying some of the other flavors in the future. It’s a great alternative to regular cheese. 

Today also was a vast improvement over yesterday’s water consumption. I only drank maybe 5-6 cups yesterday and today I’m at 12 currently. Using my Ulla and being conscious of needing to drink throughout the day is definitely the key to increasing my water consumption. 

Tomorrow is going to be a challenging day to get my workout in as I’m pretty much going from 8-8. I’m hoping I’ll have time between meeting 4 & 5 I’ll be able to get one in. 

So Day 2 of the Fed & Fit project is going down as another successful day.
