This says it all. I’ve been going nonstop for the last couple of weeks pair that in with waking up earlier than I need to and not being able to go back to sleep has just killed me.
Where this has been happening a lot. Or the afternoon nap turns into I’m just sleeping till tomorrow. Today is shaping up to be that type of day. I am exhausted.
Here’s hoping I can start getting my sleep schedule back on track.
