12 Days Of Fitness 333/365

Today marks the beginning of 12 Days Of Fitness at OTF and boy was it a doozy. All about that EPOC and it was a killer. Can we say endurance with a side of endurance and for fun some more endurance.

Treads were all about distance at push pace WHAT!!?? .2, .4, .6, .8, finish with a mile run. Are you kidding me. I made it through the first 4 blocks and just started the last block. Anyone that finished all 5 blocks WOW props to you.

The floor was 1 minute to complete as many reps as possible of dead lifts, ISO squats walkout to push-up, lateral to front raises, and finally side plank rotation. There was 3 blocks of this broken up by 2 minute rows for distances. Ughhhhh you know how I feel about rowing.

It was a good workout and I am glad I went because this morning when I woke up I wanted nothing to do with it. Also today I had my nerve testing done for the numbness in my fingers and hands. And, shocker no idea what is causing it. My right side has more loss of sensation than my left, but the testing showed my left side had slower nerve reaction. So, yeah not sure what’s going on and well there is no nerve damage so that’s good. If it’s rare or has no explanation then it’s safe to say it’s going to be me. Here’s hoping the sensation returns at some point.
